Mansions of Australia policy holders affected by the Severe Storm Event in Melbourne are encouraged to contact their Broker or call our 24 - hour insurance hotline on 1300 302 868 for immediate assistance with their claims.
Alternatively you can lodge your claims via email at mansions@claimsservices.com.au
Upon notification of a claim, arrangements will be made for a Loss Adjuster to contact the Insured to provide first-hand advice and support as required.
