Mansions of Australia policy holders affected by the devastating bushfires are encouraged to contact their Broker or call our 24 - hour insurance hotline on 1300 880 037 for immediate assistance with their claims.

Upon notification of a claim, arrangements will be made for a Loss Adjuster to contact the Insured to provide first-hand advice and support as required. For emergency purposes initial cash payments up to $5000, can be made available and paid promptly into nominated bank accounts if required.

About the Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment (AGDRP)

Given the devastation caused by the bushfires in Victoria that commenced 29 January 2009 and may continue into March 2009, the Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment (AGDRP) has been activated to assist people who have been adversely affected as a direct result of the Victorian Bushfires.
