Mansions of Australia is an underwriting agency specialising in insurance protection for prestige homes and contents.

Who Underwrites Mansions?

Mansions is underwritten 100% by Lloyd’s syndicates. The names and their percentages for each year can be found on our Downloads page under the Lloyd's Syndicate attachments.

How can I get a quote?

Mansions of Australia only deal through licensed Insurance brokers so simply ask your broker to obtain a quote from us. If you do not have a broker see www.niba.com.au for assistance.

How will a claim be managed?

Mansions claims are managed by Claims Services Australia (CSA), a specialist claims service provider. For 24 hour assistance with a claim, please call the Mansions hotline on 1300 302 868.

What makes Mansions different from other insurers?

Mansions customers enjoy the most comprehensive cover available. Our standard cover includes cover for subsidence and heave, flood, actions of the sea, storm and sea surge, tsunami and tidal wave, mudslide, landslip and earthquake.

Most other insurers list these events as excluded from the cover.

What about my Unique items / Artworks / Jewellery?

Mansions have special placement facilities with Lloyd’s to cover unique items with significant replacement values.

Do I need a valuation on these items?

Although we do not require a valuation to be produced when going on risk, it is in your best interest to have a valuation in your possession. This makes certain that the insurance is adequate to cover the items and that in the event a claim you are able to adequately prove your claim.
