Mansions Plus – Prestige home and motor vehicle insurance

Mansions Plus is a unique new product which provides prestige home and motor vehicle insurance under one policy.

Best of all, your client will save by bundling them together.*

Mansions Plus is straightforward and easy to manage with:
•   one renewal,
•   one premium payment and
•   one point of contact.

The product is unique in the market and specifically designed for high net worth clients.

Risk Appetite

The sums insured for both home and motor cater for high net worth individuals.

Typically the buildings and contents of your client will have values of at least:

Buildings: $750k (NSW and VIC), $500k (QLD, SA and WA)

Contents: $150k

Motor: Up to $250k per motor vehicle (up to a maximum of four cars and total sum insured of $1 million).

Differing renewal dates are not an issue

Home policy due now and motor policy later? That’s okay.

We’ll simply add an endorsement to the home policy and upgrade to Mansions Plus policy when the time comes.

Safety and security

Mansions Plus brings together more than 18 years local experience in high net worth property and over 20 years in vehicle insurance. Plus both the home and motor components of this product are issued by certain underwritters at Lloyd’s of London so you know we’re safe and secure.

Claims

Claims are looked after by claims specialists Claims Services Australia (CSA). They have a 24 hour claims hotline for Mansions Plus (1300 302 868). They’ll waive any excess that’s due if you or your client aren’t contacted within 48 hours of you or your client lodging a claim.
