Typically the buildings and contents of your client would have values of at least:

Changes to our Flood approach
Our new approach will be effective for new business from 15 August and renewals from 1 September 2011. It includes:
- A new definition of flood;
- A new flood excess of 10% of the loss or damage caused by the incident;
- A new sublimit of $1,000,000 on all flood cover;
- A 30 day waiting period on new business with some exceptions; and
- Some new exclusions.
Flood will no longer be offered as standard and will instead be provided following an assessment of the potential exposure. An additional flood premium will be charged where there is a flood risk and these clients will have the option to obtain a quote with and without flood cover. At locations where we are unable to offer flood cover we may still provide the standard Home and Contents cover excluding flood.

Our policy automatically takes into account risks like earthquake, subsidence and tsunami – just to name a few.
It also means that you can ensure that your client has the right broad based cover, without having to add unnecessary endorsements.
- Cover for accidental loss or damage
- Cover against landslip and landslide
- Loss of rent cover for a maximum of 24 months
- Forced evacuation cover up to 60 days
- Storage cover 25% of the sum insured up to a maximum of $100,000
- Electronic data damage cover up to $5,000. Cover also available for virus damage
- Cover for damage caused by pets available at no additional charge
- Business equipment covered up to $50,000
- Transit up to Sum Insured for the Contents
- Removal of fallen trees and branches up to $10,000
- Cover for illegal use of credit cards up to $10,000

New Features and Improvements
Mansions has recently updated its product with improvements as follows:
- Increased the limit for jewellery, furs, gold etc from $15,000 to $25,000 for any one article.
- We’ve removed the $50,000 limit per item for fine art, paintings etc. Now you only need to specify if an item is over $250,000.
- Increased the temporary removal limit from $10,000 to $25,000 for any one item.
- And an optional Termite Cover providing cover for approved risks up to $25,000 free of charge.
