Changes to Workers Compensation Cover

Any NSW business written or renewed effective 1/7/2008 will not include Domestic Workers Compensation.

Should the homeowner have a wage bill which exceeds $7,500 they are required to buy a Workers Compensation policy from one of the licensed WorkCover Insurers.

The licensed Insurers are EMI, QBE, GIO, Allianz and CGU.
